One tablet of the Doppelherz Vitamin C+zinc effervescent tablets contains 600 mg vitamin C and 5 mg zinc.The ingredients include acidifier citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, vitamin C, inulin, maltodextrin, starch, flavor, beetroot juice powder, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium, zinc sulfate and coloring riboflavin-5'-phosphate.

Dosage

Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) every day and then drink it.
