Mode of action

The Schüßler salts, also known as biochemistry, fulfill important functions in the body and can correct functional disorders.Salts 1-12 are referred to as "functional agents", while salts 13-24 support the mineral balance of the cells and serve as "supplements".The minerals are diluted in decimal steps by potentiation so that the body can absorb and utilize them directly.In addition to tablets, there are ointments and lotions, especially for salts No. 1 and No. 11.

Each tablet contains 250 mg Ferrum phosphoricum (homeopathic/anthroposophical).Lactose 1-water, magnesium stearate and wheat starch are included as excipients.

Contraindications

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one tablet 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor or alternative practitioner.If you have persistent or chronic symptoms, you should consult a therapist.Infants up to 1 year of age can receive one third, toddlers up to 6 years of age half and children between 6 and 12 years of age two thirds of the adult dose.The tablets should be slowly dissolved in the mouth or dissolved in water half an hour before or after eating.

Intake
