Elastomull haft is an elastic, synthetic cohesive bandage that was specially developed for a secure hold on joints or when fixing cast rails.In contrast to conventional fixation bandages, Elastomull does not slip easily.The bandage is coated with a latex-free, synthetic polymer, which means that the individual wrapping layers adhere particularly securely to one another.This allows for a wrinkle-free fit and quick application.The special weaving technique and the crimped polyamide threads give Elastomull excellent elasticity, which is retained even when worn for long periods of time.The bandage is made of 40% cotton, 30% viscose and 30% polyamide.It is latex-free and is not made with natural rubber latex.

Areas of application

Elastomull adhesive is suitable for fixing wound dressings on all parts of the body, especially on joints.It is also ideal for fixing cast rails and other similar devices.It can also be used as a light support bandage, for example after removing plaster or tape.
