I can't say whether it has been proven to help, but it feels good for my osteoarthritic knee and after I took a break from taking it for two or three months, I felt that I noticed the pain more, especially on wet days and when the weather changed. But of course, from my point of view, these supportive capsules only help as a combination component in addition to a low-inflammatory diet, weight loss, supportive insoles, exercise and appropriate muscle building around the knee. I now take the capsules regularly again and have the feeling that I am doing my knee and cartilage some additional supportive good.

I have been taking glucosamine for years. They are simply good for me. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my hands and have a lot of problems with my bones.
