Askina gauze compresses non-sterile 10 x 10 cm are gauze compresses made of 100 % cotton, which can be used for classic wound care and as ointment or medication carriers. They are 8-ply and have folded edges. The gauze dressings are bleached without chlorine and comply with the standard DIN 61630 - VM 17, Ph. Eur. They are suitable for the treatment of cuts and abrasions, skin tears, scars and inflammations. Before use, the wounds should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected if necessary. The gauze compresses should be fixed with a plaster or a fixation bandage and should only be used once. The product should not be used if hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients is known.
