Instructions for use of the article Wofasept FL solution: Wofasept FL is a spray disinfectant used for odourless disinfection of washable surfaces in medical facilities such as doctors' surgeries, hospitals, laboratories and the food and catering sector. It can be used when alcohol-based disinfection is undesirable. It is applied by undiluted spraying or foaming, followed by even distribution by wiping. If necessary, wiping can be done with a dry cloth after the exposure time. Different exposure times apply to the disinfection of different surfaces. For example, the exposure time against bacteria and yeasts is 5 minutes, against hepatitis B and HIV 1 minute, against herpes viruses 15 minutes, against human rotaviruses 1 minute, against vaccinia virus 5 minutes, against noroviruses 30 minutes and against influenza A viruses 1 minute. For the disinfection of solariums, washable surfaces and in the food sector, the exposure time is 5 or 30 minutes. The composition of the product consists of various chemical compounds such as alkyl(C12-C16)dimethylbenzylammonium chloride, alkyl(C12-C14)dimethyl(ethylbenzyl)ammonium chloride and didecyldimethylammonium chloride. It is important to note that the combined use of Wofasept FL with other disinfectants or cleaning agents should be avoided, as this can lead to a significant loss of efficacy. Especially after using anionic cleaning agents, a thorough rinsing with water is necessary before disinfection. To ensure material compatibility, it is recommended to carry out a pre-test of the product on an inconspicuous area, especially for sensitive surfaces and materials. Appropriate safety measures should be taken when using Wofasept FL , such as washing the skin thoroughly after use and wearing protective gloves, clothing, eye and face protection. If eye irritation persists, medical advice should be sought and the eyes may be gently flushed with water for several minutes. The product should be kept out of reach of children and stored away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture in a well-ventilated place at room temperature. Dispose of the product by diluting small quantities with plenty of water and adding to waste water. Larger quantities should be disposed of in accordance with local government regulations through an approved waste disposal company.
