Normally I am always very sceptical about such products, as they promise a lot, but in the end don't have such a great effect. However, I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised. After about a week I already notice how my body generally feels fitter. Of course, you would have to take it for longer to achieve an even greater effect, but I am still very satisfied for the short time. The flavour is also quite pleasant, which I like.
