I love this protein shake! It's full of important vitamins, great for losing weight and for building muscle after sport. I also get through my diets with the shake without any problems. The shake was recommended to me by a friend who swears by Dr Strunz. Vanilla also tastes very good.

I regularly take protein powder from Dr Strunz. Usually in the evening, often instead of a "normal" evening meal.
