Vertigoheel® - Natural help for dizziness
Vertigoheel® is a homeopathic medicine used to treat dizziness. It contains four natural ingredients: Anamirta cocculus, Conium maculatum, Ambra grisea and Petroleum rectificatum. This remedy is suitable for relieving various forms of dizziness and can reduce the intensity, number and duration of dizziness attacks.Unlike many chemical dizziness medications, Vertigoheel® does not have a sedating effect.Due to its good tolerability, it can also be taken over a longer period of time and together with other medications after consulting a doctor. No prescription is required for this product.
Widespread disease dizziness: what are the causes?
Dizziness can have various causes.Diseases of the inner ear or the vestibular system, such as acute unilateral vestibulopathy or Menière's disease, are only some of the possible triggers.Cardiovascular diseases, migraines or certain medications can also cause dizziness and drowsiness.A special form is benign positional vertigo, which is triggered by rapid head movements. In addition, psychological stress, such as stress or conflicts, can cause dizziness. If no clear trigger can be identified, it is often a multifactorial dizziness, which occurs more frequently in older people. In any case, the causes of dizziness should be clarified by a doctor.
Widespread disease dizziness: What types of dizziness are there?
Dizziness can manifest itself in different ways. The most common forms are dizziness, in which those affected move unsteadily and have the feeling that they cannot stand on their feet.Rotary vertigo causes the surrounding area to spin like a merry-go-round, often accompanied by trembling pupil movements.Vertigo gives those affected the feeling that the ground beneath their feet is shaking and can have psychological causes.Lift vertigo is perceived as an unpleasant slumping or the impression of falling and is usually due to a disorder of the vestibular system or associated brain areas.A doctor should be consulted to clarify the causes.
Widespread disease dizziness: Why does it occur more frequently in old age?
As we age, various body functions change.Vascular calcification can lead to disruptions in circulatory regulation and sensory perception often deteriorates.Typical age-related ailments such as weakening of the cardiovascular system and the use of certain medications also contribute to older people suffering from dizziness more often.Geriatric vertigo is usually a multifactorial vertigo with several causes. Those affected often experience staggering dizziness with unsteady gait and risk of falling, or orthostatic dizziness with a feeling of emptiness and dizziness in the head when standing up.Important risk factors for dizziness include anxiety, hearing problems, fluctuations in blood pressure and taking medications with dizziness as a side effect or interaction.
Become active yourself: Vertigo diary
A dizziness diary can help identify the cause of dizziness and optimize treatment. It should contain information about the form of dizziness, the time and duration of the attack, possible triggers and accompanying symptoms. This supports the doctor in diagnosis and therapy.
Become active yourself: dizziness exercises
Dizziness and lightheadedness can be relieved with regular exercise and targeted balance training. With practice, our brain can compensate for dizziness and correct false information.A relaxed walk trains your sense of balance and gets your cardiovascular system going.Balance exercises promote the recovery process and can have a positive impact on the success of therapy.Examples of exercises include touching your nose, rotating your torso, and stepping on a pad. These exercises should be performed several times a day for four to six weeks. With regular training, the symptoms will subside over time.
Reduce dizziness attacks for more safety in everyday life
Vertigoheel® is used for various vertigo complaints, such as rotary vertigo, swaying vertigo, lift vertigo, acute vertigo, chronic vertigo, episodic vertigo and persistent vertigo. The homeopathic preparation can help reduce the intensity, number and duration of dizziness attacks and thus contribute to greater safety and quality of life in everyday life.
