Product description and intended purpose

Sterile packed gauze compresses are 12-ply compresses made of 17-thread gauze, measuring 10 cm x 10 cm.Each compress is individually packaged and has cut edges folded inwards.These gauze compresses are suitable for general initial care of wounds.They are used to clean wounds, cover wounds and absorb blood and other body fluids.The compresses are intended for single use and are packaged with the folded back facing up, allowing for easy removal.

Normative and legal requirements

The compresses are sterile medical devices according to the Medical Devices Act (MPG), Directive 93/42/EWG and Regulation MDR (EU) 2017/745 and are classified in Class Is, Rule 4.The gauze compresses meet the requirements of DIN EN 14079. Sterilization is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 11135. The product does not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to REACH.It carries CE and DIN EN ISO 15223-1 marking at all stages of packaging.

Packaging

The primary packaging consists of paper-paper packaging.The secondary packaging is a cellulose folding box, and the tertiary packaging is a cellulose cardboard box.

Storage

The gauze compresses should be stored dry and dust-free.

Contraindications

There are no known contraindications.If you have a known allergy to the components mentioned, the product should not be used.
