Equizym MCA tablets are a food supplement containing a special combination of selenium, vitamin B2, plant enzymes and protein-rich lentil extract. The tablets contain bromelain from pineapple, papain from papaya and a patented lentil extract. The recommended intake is either 4 tablets once daily or 2 tablets twice daily, one hour before or after meals with plenty of fluids. It is advised that people with blood clotting disorders or taking anti-coagulant medication should consult their doctor before using Equizym MCA .
