PRO Ophta Eye Bandage S Large - Product Details
The PRO Ophta Eye Dressing S is an elastic watch glass dressing commonly used after ptosis surgery. It is also suitable for the treatment of lagophthalmos, facial paresis and sicca syndrome. The transparent and dimensionally stable dressing can support the non-operated eye after the anaesthesia has worn off. By using two different disc sizes, the eye bandage fits different face shapes. The disc is break-proof and allows the eye to be checked regularly. In addition, the dressing is made of skin-friendly adhesive, which is suitable for long-term therapy. The PRO Ophta Eye Dressing S can also be used in combination with medication.

The PRO Ophta Eye Dressing S is used to protect the eye after ptosis surgery, in lagophthalmos, facial nerve palsy and sicca syndrome. It has a size of 7.8 cm x 11.4 cm and a disc diameter of 5.1 cm with a disc curvature of 0.8 cm.

The PRO Ophta Eye Dressing S is made of transversely elastic fabric that is 70% viscose and 30% polyamide. The clear lens of the dressing is made of clear polycarbonate and the skin-friendly adhesive is made of polyacrylate. The manufacturer of the eye bandage is Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co.KG, based in Rengsdorf, Germany.
