Instructions for use of the article Miradent Plaque Agent: The dental rinsing solution Miradent Plaque Agent enables quick and easy control of plaque deposits in children. Used before brushing, the rinsing solution colours existing plaque blue. The stained areas can be removed by targeted brushing. The pleasant "bubble gum" taste of Plaque Agent motivates children to improve their dental hygiene. The mouth should be rinsed with 10 ml of tooth rinsing solution for about 30 seconds and then spat out. The blue colouring shows where plaque deposits are present and which teeth need special cleaning. These can then be removed with toothpaste. If discolouration is still visible, older plaque deposits should be removed by a dentist if necessary. Children should be instructed in mouth rinsing and use Plaque Agent under the supervision of their parents. The dental rinse solution consists of Aqua, Xylitol, Glycerin, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Poloxamer 407, Potassium Sorbate, Aroma, Limonene, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sulfate, Citric Acid and CI 42090.
