Balneum Hermal is a liquid bath additive with the active ingredient refined soya oil. It is used for the supportive treatment of skin diseases with dry and slightly itchy skin, such as atopic eczema (neurodermatitis), psoriasis, ichthyosis, pruritus senilis and eczema such as nappy eczema and wash dermatitis. Certain precautions should be observed during application. The bath water should not exceed a temperature of 36 °C and the bath duration should not exceed 20 minutes. After bathing, the skin should only be dabbed lightly with a towel so as not to reduce the therapeutic effect. Side effects such as allergic reactions may occur. The package leaflet should be read carefully before use. Balneum Hermal is available in different pack sizes. It is recommended to follow the instructions for use given by the doctor or pharmacist.
