Basica® supports health well-being with its basic minerals and valuable trace elements.Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism as well as regular carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism.Magnesium helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and, together with calcium, it contributes to normal energy metabolism.Calcium is also important for maintaining normal bones, while selenium supports the normal function of the immune system.

The Basica Compact® tablets contain the following ingredients: calcium citrate, maltodextrin, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium citrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose as a filler, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as a release agent, zinc citrate, iron citrate, sodium citrate, copper citrate, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite as well as magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as a release agent.

A daily portion consists of 6 tablets and contains: 350 mg calcium (44% NRV), 120 mg magnesium (32% NRV), 5 mg zinc (50% NRV), 5 mg iron (36% NRV), 1 mg copper (100% NRV), 50 µg molybdenum (100% NRV), 40 µg chromium(100% NRV) and 30 µg selenium (55% NRV).The NRV indicates the percentage of the reference value for the daily nutrient intake according to the EU-regulation.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 3 tablets each morning and evening.It can be taken regardless of meals.
