Instructions for use of the article Dynacast Prelude 2,5 cmx4,6 m: Dynacast Prelude is a splint system made of synthetic fibreglass material. It is ideal for the support and immobilisation of fresh fractures and soft tissue injuries and allows early mobilisation. The product ensures good fixation of the injury due to its high strength and stability. It is light and easy to handle and offers high patient comfort due to the padding on both sides. Dynacast Prelude is made of a high-strength 1-ply knitted fibreglass core and is particularly conformable to reduce wrinkling and pressure points. Dynacast Prelude consists of fibreglass fabric coated with polyurethane resin and polypropylene padding on both sides. It is suitable for partial or complete immobilisation of sprains, soft tissue, capsule or ligament injuries, tendon injuries and fresh fractures. The product is also ideal for supporting soft tissue injuries and fissures in the upper extremities. The duration of use varies from a few days to several weeks.
