Application

Pull the bandage over your foot and slide it over your knee.Make sure the patella opening sits over the kneecap.

Care instructions

Hand wash the bandage with mild soap and warm (not hot) water.Rinse them well and let them air dry.Do not use machine, dryer, dry clean, bleach or fabric softener.
