Directions for use of the article Cefavora Memo soft gelatine capsules: This food supplement contains rhodiola extract, magnesium, B vitamins, folic acid and lecithin. It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily in the morning with sufficient liquid. The recommended daily dose contains 200 mg Rhodiola rosea extract, 100 mg magnesium, 4.5 mg riboflavin (vitamin B2), 5 mg vitamin B6, 9 μg vitamin B12, 10 mg vitamin E and 400 μg folic acid. The product also contains vegetable oil (soya), gelatine and other ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and the recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The product should be kept out of the reach of children.
