Areas of application

This homeopathic medicine is used to support the treatment of colds.It corresponds to the homeopathic medicinal product and is suitable for the supportive treatment of febrile infections.However, it does not replace other medications prescribed by a doctor, such as antibiotics.If a fever lasts longer than three days or rises above 39°C, a doctor should be consulted.No prescription is required for this product.

1 ml of the drug contains Echinacea purpurea (homeopathic/anthroposophical) and ethanol as an excipient.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to echinacea (coneflower) or other daisy family or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.For fundamental reasons, this medicine must not be used in progressive systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, leukemia or leukemia-like diseases (leukoses), inflammatory diseases of the connective tissue (collagenoses), autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, AIDS-disease, HIV-infection and other chronic viral diseases.

Dosage

Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.The recommended dosage for adults and children aged 12 and over is 5 drops every hour for acute infections, up to a maximum of 12 times a day.If the illness lasts for a long time, 5 drops can be taken 1 to 3 times a day.

The preparation should not be used for longer than 2 weeks without medical advice.Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

Even if excessive amounts are taken (up to several times a day), no special measures are required.Do not take a double dose if you forget to take the previous dose.The intake should be continued regardless of the missed drops.No special measures are required if treatment is interrupted or ended prematurely.

Intake

The medicine should be taken undiluted.The drops should preferably be spread over the oral mucosa with the tongue before swallowing and kept in the mouth for some time.

If you have persistent or new symptoms or if you have a fever that lasts longer than three days or is above 39 °C, you should consult a doctor.When taking the medication, the existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation).In this case, you should stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor.
