Cutisoft slit non-woven dressings are soft non-woven dressings used for the care of sensitive wounds. They are particularly suitable for pressure and pain sensitive wounds such as burns and abrasions. Compared to conventional gauze dressings, Cutisoft non-woven dressings offer more comfort for users and patients. They are available in different sizes and are characterised by high fluid absorption and low adhesion to the wound. Cutisoft slit nonwoven dressings can also be used for the care of cannulas and drainages. The dressings are latex-free and consist of 70 % viscose and 30 % polyester.
