Gripps tablets are a homeopathic medicine for the treatment of colds. It contains various active ingredients such as eucalyptus, Kalium bichromicum, Eupatorium perfoliatum and others. The tablets are taken as directed, either melted in the mouth or taken with liquid. However, the duration of use should not be exceeded without medical advice. It is important to note that Gripps tablets contain lactose and therefore caution should be taken if you are lactose intolerant.
