The bandage is available in different sizes.Choose the appropriate size based on the circumference of your elbow.

Carrying instructions

Pull the bandage over the elbow and align the pads so that they rest on the top and bottom of the forearm just below the elbow.Place the band around your forearm and tension it so that it feels firm but comfortable.

Composition

The bandage is made of nylon, silicone rubber, polyester and elastane.

Care instructions

Hand wash the bandage with mild soap and warm (not hot) water.Rinse them thoroughly and allow them to air dry.Do not use machine, dryer, dry clean, bleach or fabric softener.

Indications/Use

The bandage is suitable for relieving symptoms such as tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, swelling, tendonitis and overuse.
