Instructions for use of the article BD Plastipak Syringe 50 ml Luer Lok Centric: - The BD Plastipak syringe has a volume of 50 ml and a centric Luer Lok attachment. - The syringe is divided into 1 ml graduations and consists of three parts with a double sealing ring. - The Luer Lok attachment ensures a secure connection between syringe and cannula. - The syringe barrel and plunger rod are made of polypropylene and the plunger lubricant silicone oil is used. - Individual products are gamma or EO-sterilised and supplied in sterile individual packaging. - The syringe should be disposed of in a suitable sharps container after single use. - It is advised to cover the needle with the protective needle cap to prevent injury and transmission of infectious diseases. - The syringe should not be reused or autoclaved. - The manufacturer of the BD Plastipak syringe is Becton Dickinson GmbH, based in Heidelberg.
