Helps you to fall asleep if you are nervous, but only works reliably with occasional use as you quickly get used to it. If you don't sleep long enough, you will be a little tired in the morning.

The sleep tabs were recommended to me by my naturopath, my body reacts very quickly and well to them. If I can't fall asleep, I take one tab and after 20-30 minutes I am fast asleep. I also don't wake up as often as without the tabs.
