Twardy's zinc + selenium capsules contain the essential trace elements zinc and selenium.These must be consumed regularly through food as the body cannot produce them itself.Zinc and selenium are important for the function of the immune system and help protect cells from oxidative stress by intercepting aggressive molecules called free radicals and rendering them harmless.

No prescription is required for this product.

Use/application/recommended consumption

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid without chewing.This product is not suitable for children and young people under 18 years of age.

Store the capsules in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
