Directions for use: Retaron capsules are a food supplement designed to support normal vision. It contains a variety of nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, selenium, lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamins C and E and an extract from the fruit of the chokeberry. The recommended intake is one capsule per day, best taken with a meal with cold water.
