i love riding and because of the very tight breeches and the saddle i got seat spots and couldn't ride until they were gone. now i prevent this with Ilon ointment and it works really well.

Recommended ointment for pressure sores.

The ilon protect ointment is great. I am delighted and happy to have discovered it.

Unfortunately, my work shoes often cause pressure sores on my feet and especially my toes. The cream was recommended to me by a friend and it works so well. It covers the skin like a protective layer and there are no pressure marks at all. Very, very good.

I found out about the ointment from a friend and training partner. We started training in the summer for a triathlon next spring and both of us have always had problems with sore skin, either because of the wetsuit when swimming or on the buttocks when cycling. Until a colleague came up with the idea of using Ilon Protect ointment, which he actually only uses for skiing. Since then, a thin layer has been applied to the affected area of skin before every endurance training session and there are no more reddened areas. As you really need very little of the ointment, the packs last a relatively long time.
