Ignatia D 60 globules is a homeopathic medicine available without prescription. It contains the active substance Strychnos ignatii and is used to treat various complaints. Ignatia D 60 should be taken half an hour before or after meals by slowly melting the scattering globules in the mouth. No harmful effects of overdoses have been reported so far.
