Summary: Doppelherz aktiv Haut+Haare+Nägel tablets are a food supplement with silica, collagen hydrolysate, coenzyme Q10, minerals and vitamins. It contains vitamin A, vitamin B2, biotin, niacin and zinc, among others, which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Vitamin C promotes collagen formation and supports normal skin function. Vitamin B6 supports the synthesis of cysteine, while copper maintains normal hair colour and is important for connective tissue. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. The product also contains folic acid, vitamin C and E, which protect cells from oxidative stress. The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet. Children should not take the product. People who already receive 3.5 mg of zinc per day should not take additional zinc-containing supplements.
