Wellion® FRIGO offers a simple, quick and convenient way to keep insulin, an insulin pump and other medications cool.Neither electricity, a freezer option nor cooling elements are required.It is easily applied with water and can be repeated as often as desired.

The inner pocket is equipped with an antibacterial impregnation to ensure consistent quality and hygiene during frequent use.This property is particularly important when dealing with insulin and medications.

The Wellion® FRIGO consists of an outer pocket and an inner pocket filled with crystals.

Application

Shake the Wellion® FRIGO inner bag to distribute the crystals evenly.Submerge the inner bag completely in cold water (Large - maximum 10 minutes, XXLarge - maximum 12 minutes).Be careful not to submerge the inner bag in water for longer than specified.A small amount of gel leakage may occur, wipe away the gel and use the bag as intended.

The crystals in the cooling fins form a gel, making the inner bag thicker.Then wipe the inside pocket with a cloth to remove excess water.Place the cooled insulin in the Wellion® FRIGO inner pocket and place it in the Wellion® FRIGO outer pocket.

Notes

Only immerse the Wellion® FRIGO inner bag in water if the gel has formed into crystals.With constant use of the bag, the immersion times in the water may be shortened depending on the moisture level of the crystals.Take the inner bag out of the water immediately as soon as it is well filled again.

Never store your Wellion® FRIGO in airtight containers (backpack, suitcase, etc.) for longer than 24 hours.When the bag is not in use, separate the inner bag from the outer bag to allow the inner bag to dry out.Shake the bag as it dries out to prevent the crystals from sticking together.
