The FIWA Ideal universal bandages are specially designed for compressive wound, support and relief bandages.They are suitable for external use.Before contact with open wounds, the item must be sterilized using a validated procedure.

Product features

The bandages are made of a white carrier material that is made of 63% cotton, 30% polyamide and 7% elastane.They are characterized by an elongation of approx. 95% and are permanently elastic and selvedge.The bandages are also washable.

Storage and sterilizability

The bandages should be stored dry and dust-free.They are sterilizable using a validated process.

Normative and legal requirements

The FIWA Ideal universal bandages meet the requirements of the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EWG and are classified according to the CE-classification Class I, Rule 4.The conformity assessment procedure corresponds to Annex VII. The CE-marking and the marking according to DIN EN ISO 15223-1 are present on all packaging levels.The bandages do not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to REACH.
