Composition per daily serving (= 1 tablet): calcium 900 mg (112.4% NRV), vitamin D 5 µg (100% NRV), biotin 150 µg (300% NRV), folic acid 400 µg (200% NRV).Nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Area of application

Calcium supports normal bone maintenance.Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.Vitamin D contributes to the normal utilization of calcium and supports normal bone maintenance.Folic acid contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Dosage
