Dosage and application

The recommended dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is one film-coated tablet once or twice daily, corresponding to 600 to 1200 mg calcium.Children aged 6 years and over should take one film-coated tablet once a day.The film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water.They can be taken both with meals and between meals.It should be taken long-term, especially when treating calcium deficiency and osteoporosis.In the event of an overdose, there are usually no consequences to be expected, unless symptoms occur, in which case you should contact your doctor.If you forget to take a dose, do not take a double dose, but continue taking it at the next prescribed time.
