The Nobatrast preparation swabs size XL are double-wrapped swabs made from 24-thread gauze.An X-ray contrast thread is woven into these swabs, which increases their visibility during medical procedures.The swabs are packaged in a transparent tray so that the contents can be visually checked before surgery.For easy and safe counting control, there is a yellow counting card on the inner packaging and another on the inside of the outer packaging.The vacuum of both the inner and outer packaging ensures the sterility of the swabs until the time of use.

Composition

The Nobatrast preparation swabs are made of cotton, barium sulfate, PVC and DINP.These materials are carefully selected to ensure the required properties and safety of the product.

The Nobatrast vacuum-OP-set preparation swab is a Class IIa medical device according to Rule 7 and meets the requirements of Directive 93/42/EEC.The product does not contain any dangerous toxic substances within the meaning of the REACH-regulation.It bears the CE-marking and the DIN EN ISO 15223-1 marking on all packaging levels.Sterilization is carried out according to standard DIN EN 11135, and the preparation swabs correspond to the specifications of EN 14079 type 24.
