This product is characterised by easy insertion. It is best used in the evening before going to bed. Insert the vaginal tablet as deeply as possible into the vagina; a small drop of lubricant can also be used if necessary. Especially if the vagina is very dry, a little lubricant not only helps with insertion but also with dissolving the vaginal tablet. The white lumps that come out of the vagina the next day are normal and have nothing to do with the fact that the tablet has not worked. Sexual intercourse should be avoided if possible after inserting the tablet, as otherwise it can cause pain when the tablet is pressed against the cervix.
