Energy-boost Orthoexpert drinking ampoules are a dietary supplement that was specifically developed to support energy metabolism.This product contains a combination of vitamins, minerals, coenzyme Q10, L-carnitine and taurine.It is gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan and contains sugar as a sweetener.

Mode of action

The Energy-boost Orthoexpert drinking ampoules contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 as well as iron and magnesium, which make a crucial contribution to supporting energy metabolism.Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, helps maintain mental performance.In addition, vitamins B2, B6, B12 as well as iron and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.The product also contains taurine, coenzyme Q10 and high-dose L-carnitine.

I have been feeling extremely drained and exhausted over the last few weeks and therefore tested this dietary supplement. I find the flavour takes some getting used to, very sour in the aftertaste. I am satisfied with the effect, I am no longer so exhausted in the evening that everything hurts. On the other hand, it's not as if I'm bursting with energy now and could tear out trees. Energy Boost helps and is not bad in my opinion, but you shouldn't expect too much from it either.

The vitamins are contained in a capsule in the lid of the ampoule. This capsule is opened by turning the lid anti-clockwise, the powder falls into the liquid (orange juice etc.) and is mixed by shaking vigorously. Then open the ampoule as usual. I found that the capsule did not always open or that the powder did not always dissolve completely from the capsule. I therefore started to open the ampoule before shaking to see if the capsule had opened and the powder had fallen out. If not, I repeated the procedure. I think the mechanics could actually be improved here. The liquid tastes very sweet and is comparable in flavour and consistency to a sweet children's cough syrup. So you have to like it. Alternatively, the juice can also be diluted with water in a glass. Nutritional information regarding calories and sugar content is not given on the carton or the leaflet. I noticed an initial improvement in my general condition (tiredness, stress resistance) on the second day. From the fourth day onwards, I actually felt fit and productive again at work and in everyday life and was much more alert than usual. My sleep rhythm also regulated itself, i.e. although I got tired later, I had a deeper and more restful sleep. I was immediately fit in the morning. I don't know whether the energy boost came from the combination of the taurine contained in the Energy Boost and my morning coffee. The fitness effect lasted for two days after I took it, so you don't immediately fall back into a hole of tiredness. There were also no calf cramps while I was taking the supplement. I did not notice any increase in performance during sport. I can recommend this product for times of high stress. If you are put off by the flavour, you can switch to a granulated version.

I tried the 7-day treatment and in the first two days I found it difficult to notice any difference, but then on the third day I decided that I would take it at lunchtime and lo and behold, I no longer had an afternoon slump and was able to concentrate in the evening without going to bed early, but still making time for myself. I feel great after this week and I will probably order it again, because after two days I am already very tired again. I think it's certainly a great energy boost in the winter months. Highly recommended. I drank the ampoule on its own and didn't mix it with water as I couldn't tolerate it otherwise, but this was more due to the dilution. The flavour reminded me a lot of a Nimm2 sweet or Multisanostol for children. A little sweet, but drinkable, there are worse things. #energyboost
