Instructions for use of the article Denttabs Toothbrush Tablets Mint with Fluoride: Denttabs Toothbrush Tablets Mint are an alternative to conventional toothpaste and have been developed by dental professionals. They contain microfine cellulose fibres that naturally polish the teeth smooth, preventing plaque build-up. The tablets are foam-free and should be used twice a day. To use, chew one tablet in your mouth, wet your toothbrush and brush your teeth as usual. Then rinse your mouth. To get used to the foam-free brushing experience, more tablets can be used at first. For fresh breath, one tablet can be chewed and rinsed out in between. The ingredients include microfine cellulose fibres, sodium fluoride to remineralise tooth enamel, Amisoft as a soap to remove protein and fat, stevia and menthol for flavour, silica as a cleaning agent, and citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate to regulate pH. The tablets contain no preservatives, consistency enhancers, aluminium or nanoparticles.
