Directions for use of the product Seresto collar for large dogs: - The Seresto collar is suitable for the prevention and treatment of flea infestation in dogs over 8 kg. - The collar has a duration of action of 7 to 8 months and prevents the development of flea larvae in the animal's environment. - It can also be used for flea allergy dermatitis. - The collar has a killing effect on tick infestations and is effective against larvae, nymphs and adult ticks. - It provides protection against tick infestation for 8 months. - The collar provides indirect protection against transmission of certain pathogens by ticks and reduces the risk of infection. - In addition, it protects against hair infestation. - The collar is water-resistant and odourless. - It contains the active ingredients imidacloprid and flumethrin. - The collar is simply placed around the dog's neck and remains effective for up to 8 months. - Leashes should not be attached to the collar when in use. - Side effects may occur, so the package insert should be read and a veterinarian or pharmacist consulted if questions arise.
