Product does not improve my insomnia. The capsules are also very large. You have to drink a lot when taking the capsules. This leads to more trips to the toilet during the night.

I have had massive insomnia for about 2 years. After about 4 weeks of taking L-tryptophan, I am doing extremely well. I don't need any more sleeping pills!
