Bioderma Hydrabio Tonique Facial Toner Instructions for Use: Moisturising facial toner for dehydrated, normal and dry skin. It removes residues and regulates the skin's hydrolipidic film. It contains no parabens and has a light fragrance. The toner should be applied to a cotton pad twice daily after cleansing and toning the skin. Ingredients include water, glycerin, polysorbate 20, mannitol, xylitol, rhamnose, fructooligosaccharides, niacinamide, allantoin, apple extract, hexyldecyl alcohol, disodium EDTA, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, cetrimonium bromide and fragrance.
