Instructions for use of the article Zellamare Base and Test Strips Product properties: - Name: Food supplement with magnesium, tri-potassium and zinc citrate. - Use/Recommendation for use: Once a day, tear open both sachets and stir the contents together into 200 ml of liquid and enjoy (fruity and citrusy). Highly recommended dissolved in hot water before exercise. - Important note: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
