Dosage

Injection of this drug should only be carried out by veterinarians or people who have confidently mastered the injection technique.The drug is injected subcutaneously.The single dose varies depending on the animal species: for horses and cattle it is 5-10 ml, for pigs 4-5 ml, for sheep and goats 2 ml, for large dogs 3-4 ml, for medium-sized dogs 2 ml, for small dogs and cats 1-2 ml and for small pets 0.5 ml. The single dose is injected once a day.In chronic illnesses or if there is a tendency to relapse, the single dose can be injected at intervals of 2 to 4 days.

Use as eye drops

Discus compositum Lt ampoules veterinary can also be used as eye drops.The recommended use is to instill 1-3 drops into the lower conjunctival sac 1 to 3 times a day until the symptoms subside.In the case of acute symptoms, the dose can initially be repeated every hour up to 6 times a day.

Ingredients of the eye drops

A single-dose container with a volume of 0.45 ml (corresponding to 0.45 g) contains the following active ingredients: 110.7 mg Cochlearia officinalis Dil.D5, 110.7 mg Echinacea Dil.D5, 110.7 mg Euphrasia Dil.D5 and 110.7 mg Pilocarpus Dil.D5.The components are potentiated together over the last two stages.Other ingredients include sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate and sodium monohydrogen phosphate dihydrate.
