Instructions for use for Selenium + Zinc Pharma Nord Selenium + Zinc Pharma Nord is a food supplement containing selenium and zinc. It is recommended to take one tablet daily during a meal with some liquid. The recommended amount stated should not be exceeded. The product should be stored at room temperature away from light, out of the reach of children. The composition of one tablet contains the following nutrients: 800 µg vitamin A, 2 mg vitamin B6, 90 mg vitamin C, 15 mg vitamin E, 100 µg selenium and 15 mg zinc. These nutrients contribute to various functions in the body, such as normal immune system function, maintenance of normal hair, nails, skin, vision and thyroid function. Vitamin C also supports normal collagen formation for cartilage, bones, teeth and gums. The product contains no allergens, gluten or lactose. It is manufactured under pharmaceutical control in Denmark. The net quantity is 39 g and contains 90 tablets.
