I bought this product as a supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding and only took 2-3 capsules in the evening before going to bed instead of 6. This way you don't notice any fishy flavour or breath ';-) I specifically chose this product because it contains relatively little vitamin E compared to other supplements, which I already take with another supplement and didn't want to overdose on. I would buy it again and again!
