Directions for use of the article Eziclen Concentrate Eziclen is used in adults to cleanse the bowel before a medical or surgical procedure. It contains the active ingredients sodium sulphate, magnesium sulphate and potassium sulphate. Eziclen should not be taken if you have an allergy to any of the active ingredients or other gastrointestinal problems. A doctor should be consulted before taking it, especially if you have dehydration, heart problems, kidney or liver disease, problems swallowing or weakness. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should also seek medical advice. It is taken according to a two-day or one-day schedule, diluting the contents of the bottle with water and taking it. The most common side effects are general malaise, nausea and vomiting, and stomach pain. In case of allergic reactions, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
