The ingredients of the Pure Encapsulations AMD Formula capsules include ascorbic acid, D-alpha-tocopherol succinate, microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose for the capsule, lutein, zinc citrate, zeaxanthin and the antioxidants ascorbyl palmitate and copper glycinate.

Contents per daily serving (1 capsule): vitamin C 250 mg, vitamin E (200 IU) 134 mg, zinc 12.5 mg, copper 1 mg, lutein (from FloraGLO®) 5 mg, zeaxanthin (OPTISHARP®) 1 mg.
