Product features

FIWA strip is an injection plaster that is available non-sterile.It is made of a non-woven fabric made from polyester or a combination of viscose and polyester.This material is permeable to air and water vapor.The absorbent and non-adhesive wound dressing is also made of viscose and polyester.Either a polyacrylate adhesive or a hot melt adhesive is used for attachment.

Intended use

The injection plaster is used to cover the injection site and is intended for external use.It can be sterilized using a validated procedure.

Product variants

FIWA strip is available in two versions.The first variant consists of a roll of skin-colored strips made of polyester with a polyacrylate adhesive.These strips are easy to tear and are stored in a hygienic dispenser.The second variant includes white strips made of viscose and polyester with a hot melt adhesive, which are loosely packed in a box.

Storage

The product should be stored dry and not exposed to the sun.

Warnings

The product must not be used if the packaging is damaged.It must not be reused and must not be used after the expiry date has passed.It should also be protected from sunlight and stored in a dry place.
