Directions for use of the product Omega 3 Berco Junior: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Omega 3 Berco Junior is a food supplement in the form of chewable capsules and specially developed for children. It contains tuna oil, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are important for normal brain function in young and old. The capsules have a delicious tutti-frutti taste and also contain vitamins D and E. Vitamin D supports a normal immune system, muscles, bones and teeth. The recommended daily intake is 1 chewable capsule for children 4-5 years and 2 chewable capsules for children 6 years and older, adolescents and adults.
