Description

This dietary supplement provides a variety of B vitamins in high concentrations.Particularly noteworthy is the use of biologically active folic acid in the form of methylfolate (5-methyl-THF), which has a particularly high usability.Methylcobalamin, which is directly available for metabolism, is used as a source of vitamin B12, in contrast to cyanocobalamin, which first has to be converted.The product contains α-lipoic acid without solvents and coenzyme Q10 in already activated form as ubiquinol.The capsules are herbal and have a delayed release.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The capsules contain the following active ingredients and ingredients: choline bitartate, α-lipoic acid, vegetable capsule made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), gellan gum, maltodextrin as a filler (from controlled organic cultivation), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), calcium D-pantothenate, ubiquinol (active coenzyme Q10), vitamin B6(pyridoxal-5-phosphate), folic acid ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt), biotin, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and magnesium salts of fatty acids as flow agents.

The composition per capsule includes: 160 mg α-lipoic acid, 83 mg choline, 20 mg Q10, 30 mg vitamin B1, 30 mg vitamin B2, 30 mg vitamin B3, 15 mg vitamin B6, 150 μg vitamin B12, 400 μg folic acid, 30 mg pantothenic acid and 200 μg biotin.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, this product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one capsule once daily, which should be taken with sufficient liquid.For optimal absorption, it is recommended to take the capsule approximately 30 minutes before a meal.
