Pycnogenol® is the original extract from the bark of the French maritime pine.It takes 50 years until the trees, which are up to forty meters high, are harvested, during which no pesticides or herbicides are used.Sustainable cultivation under the French sun makes the trees an ideal source of special plant ingredients that can develop over years.Pycnogenol® contains a mixture of valuable secondary plant substances, including:Procyanidins, with antioxidant properties.

The unique special combination contains no other preparation in this balanced composition.The amino acid L-arginine forms the precursor of the vasodilator nitric oxide (NO).The supply tailored to the clinical picture regulates endothelial function and promotes blood circulation.This improves the oxygen supply in the body and supports the regeneration of the vessels.

As a coenzyme, R(+)-alpha-lipoic acid is involved in many enzymatic reactions in the body.As a radical scavenger and antioxidant, it can contribute to cell protection by regenerating used antioxidants.Vitamin K2 is partly responsible for ensuring that calcium is not deposited in the vessel wall but is transported into the bones.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be taken.

Dosage

Recommended use: Swallow 2 film-coated tablets whole in the morning and evening with meals with sufficient liquid.Please only remove the tablets from the blister strip shortly before taking them and do not store them in a dosing box.

VasoLoges® protect is a balanced diet.This food for special medical purposes is not a complete food and may only be used under medical supervision.Due to the special nutritional needs of the affected patients, the vitamin B12 content is increased.
